Plunging Ranula/Sclerotherapy OK-432

Hello, I have a 16 year old daughter who has a plunging Ranula. We are looking for an alternative to surgery. She has Autism and may not be able to tolerate the recovery well. She is constantly putting things into her mouth that does not belong there, we are very fearful of infection and it not being able to heal properly.

Has anyone heard of Sclerotherapy using OK-432 as a procedure to eliminate the Ranula or Mucocele? Has anyone elected to use this procedure and how successful was it for you?
