Lump on the inside of mouth cheeks

My cousin sister is 7 years old. We are quite worried with the lump which she has on her left cheek. It has been developing and recently the doctors has done an MRI on this and they discovered another lump is growing on top of the current lump. Anyone has any idea as to what this is as the doctor cannot confirm it.
