After Surgery/Removal

I just had my mucocele removed today.  They cut it out and used a laser as well.  I had to get some stitches that would "take themselves out" as well.  Is it normal for the stitches to loosen just hours after, and I seem to be bleeding randomly is that normal as well?  Any advice or anything about other peoples experience would be very helpful!!
