please help! upper lip mucocele

pic attached...what treatment would be best for an upper lip mucocele on the outside of the lip? it does not seem to grown any larger than the size it has been for the last month or so... It does not have a large amount of fluid, just 2 small red bb sized bumps, that are inside the mucocele. there is a large lump that is underneath the skin, deep in the lip, and perhaps that is where all the fluid is, but it is very deep. Anyone with upper lip mucocele experience would be greatly appreciated. I am skeptical about surgery on my upper lip( has anyone had this done?) also, I don't feel the alum would work because it doesent seem to be at the stage where it has popped... and frankly, it doesent seem it will ever get there, PLEASE HELP
