Got Mucocele surgically removed!

Hey guys, just got over what looks like a successful mucocele removal. I bit my lip about a month ago, and had the surgery yesterday morning because it wasn't going away.

Local anesthetic and then it was cut right out. I have about 3 stitches, minimal swelling, and today (about 36 hours post surgery) everything looks to be healing very well. I have a bachelors party to attend next weekend, so hopefully the stitches will have desolved by then.

Zero nerve damage and minimal swelling. The stitches make it somewhat difficult to pronounce some letters, but everything else is fine. I am even gonna go to the gym tonight!

If you catch these annoyances early, surgery will be far easier and more successful. You guys were helpful, I appreciate the info that led to my personal diagnoses and decision for removal.
